1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the ceri77 website accessible at https://ceri77.cam, including all subdomains, mobile versions, and associated applications.
• "Member" / "User" means any individual who has successfully completed the registration process and holds an active ceri77 account.
• "Company" means ceri77, the operator of this Platform, licensed and regulated under applicable international gaming jurisdictions.
• "Services" means all products and features offered by the Platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), sabung ayam (live cockfighting streams), crash games, and all other wagering products.
• "Account Balance" means the total funds held in a Member's wallet on the Platform at any given time, comprising deposited funds, bonus credits, and accumulated winnings net of withdrawals.
• "Bonus Credits" means promotional funds credited to a Member's account subject to specific wagering requirements as outlined in the Bonuses section.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total bet amount that must be placed using bonus credits before a withdrawal of resulting winnings may be processed.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming obligations.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone used for all time-sensitive provisions in these Terms unless otherwise specified.
• "IDR / Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the primary currency used on this Platform for Indonesian Members.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the ceri77 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your membership:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. Registration by individuals under 21 is strictly prohibited. ceri77 actively enforces age verification as part of its KYC process and will immediately close any account found to belong to a minor.
2. You must be a human individual acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, automated bots, scripts, or agents may not register accounts.
3. You must not be registered on any national self-exclusion list or have previously been excluded from the ceri77 Platform for any reason.
4. You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or immediate family member of any employee or director of ceri77 or any of its affiliated companies or software providers.
5. You must possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
6. You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
7. You must hold a valid bank account or registered e-wallet in your own name at one of the supported Indonesian financial institutions (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) for the purpose of deposits and withdrawals.

ceri77 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close an existing account at its sole discretion if it determines or suspects that the eligibility criteria are not met. Any funds in an ineligible account will be handled in accordance with our AML policy and applicable regulations.

3 Account Registration

Each Member may hold one (1) account only on the ceri77 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile telephone number, and preferred payment method details. You must update this information promptly if it changes. ceri77 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your sole responsibility until you report unauthorized access to our support team.

ceri77 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where it suspects, in its reasonable judgment, that account credentials have been shared, sold, or otherwise compromised. In such cases, any pending withdrawals may be held pending investigation.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

ceri77 is committed to operating a secure and responsible Platform. Accordingly, we require all Members to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification process. KYC verification may be requested at any time but is mandatory before your first withdrawal request is processed.

Required documents typically include:

• A government-issued photo identity document (KTP — Indonesian National ID Card, or passport for non-Indonesian residents);
• A selfie photograph holding the submitted identity document;
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA or OVO account displaying your registered name).

Additional documentation may be requested in cases where the transaction volume warrants enhanced due diligence under our AML procedures. ceri77 processes KYC submissions within 1–3 business days (WIB). Until KYC is approved, withdrawal requests will remain in a pending state. Deposits are processed normally during the verification period.

All documents submitted for KYC are handled in strict confidence and stored securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for identity verification and AML compliance purposes and are never sold or shared with unauthorized third parties.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ceri77 Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits

• Minimum deposit: Rp 25.000.
• Deposits are processed in real-time or within a maximum of 5 minutes for all supported payment methods.
• Deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned to source minus any applicable processing fees.
• ceri77 does not charge a deposit fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000.
• Maximum single withdrawal: Rp 50.000.000 (higher limits available for Gold and Diamond VIP Members).
• Withdrawals are processed within an average of 8 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the receiving institution and time of day. Processing times may be longer during Indonesian public holidays or peak periods.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name and matching your KYC-verified identity.
• Funds derived from bonus credits must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• ceri77 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks for large or unusual withdrawal requests, which may temporarily delay processing.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

ceri77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

1. Bonuses are available to eligible Members only. Employees of ceri77 and their immediate family members are excluded from all promotions.
2. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus credits carry a wagering requirement of 5x (five times) the bonus amount before the resulting balance may be withdrawn.
3. Bonus credits and any winnings derived from bonus play will be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before the applicable wagering requirement has been met.
4. ceri77 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a Member's account will be honored under the terms that applied at the time of crediting.
5. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, syndicated betting strategies, or the use of VPN services to exploit geo-specific offers — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in permanent account closure.
6. Free spin winnings are capped unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms.
7. Promotional bonuses may not be combined unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
8. All bonus promotions expire if not used within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses will be removed from your account balance without notice.

Specific terms for the Welcome Bonus, Weekly Cashback, Referral Bonus, VIP Tier bonuses, and seasonal promotions (including Idul Fitri and Ramadhan special offers) are published on the relevant promotion pages and shall be read in conjunction with these general bonus terms.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the ceri77 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category. Members are advised to familiarise themselves with the relevant rules prior to placing any wager. General provisions are as follows:

• Sports Betting: All pre-match and in-play bets are subject to the official result of the relevant sporting event. ceri77 follows the rulings of the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, PSSI, AFF, UEFA) in all result disputes. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all individual selections to be correct for the bet to win; a single void selection may result in the accumulator being recalculated at reduced odds per the stated rules.
• Live Casino: Results are determined by certified live equipment operated by licensed studios. In the event of technical failure mid-game, the round is voided and all bets refunded. All live dealer decisions are final and binding.
• Slot Games: RTP (Return to Player) percentages are independently audited and displayed on each game's information panel. Maximum win per spin is capped as displayed in the game rules. Slot gacor indicators are statistical tools based on recent RTP data and do not guarantee future results.

ceri77 reserves the right to void any bet or gaming result where it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a technical error, software malfunction, or fraudulent manipulation has occurred. In such cases, all affected wagers will be refunded at the original stake amount.

8 Prohibited Conduct

Members are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts (including through the use of proxies, VPNs, or emulators);
• Colluding with other Members to manipulate outcomes or exploit bonuses;
• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain;
• Engaging in bonus abuse or fraudulent claim of promotional offers;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or money laundering;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack any part of the Platform;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward ceri77 staff or other Members;
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification;
• Placing bets with prior knowledge of the outcome (insider betting);
• Circumventing geo-restrictions or jurisdiction blocks;
• Using the Platform if under 21 years of age.

ceri77 employs advanced fraud detection systems and actively monitors all account activity. Suspicious patterns will be investigated, and Members under investigation may have their accounts temporarily frozen pending the outcome.

9 Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, graphics, text, audio, video, and other materials on the ceri77 Platform are the exclusive property of ceri77 or its licensors and are protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit any commercial use, reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or creation of derivative works without the express written consent of ceri77.

10 Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ceri77 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities;
• Interruptions to service, system downtime, or technical errors;
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals due to third-party payment provider failures;
• Loss or corruption of account data;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality;
• Changes to betting odds, game rules, or promotional terms;
• Actions or omissions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or other service providers.

ceri77's total aggregate liability to any Member for all claims arising from the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 90 days immediately preceding the claim.

ceri77 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Members use the Platform at their own risk.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

ceri77 is committed to protecting your personal information. Our collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

By registering an account on the ceri77 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for purposes of identity verification (KYC), anti-money laundering (AML) compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and promotional communications (which you may opt out of at any time).

ceri77 employs bank-grade 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. Personal data is stored on secure servers located in jurisdictions with robust data protection frameworks.

12 Responsible Gaming

ceri77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and protecting vulnerable players. We provide a range of tools to help Members maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your account settings. Limits take effect immediately and can be decreased at any time; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds per day, week, or month. Once reached, you will be prevented from placing further wagers until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic logout after a specified period of continuous activity.
• Reality Checks: Enable pop-up reminders displaying how long you have been logged in and your net win/loss during the session.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion periods range from 7 days to permanent closure. During exclusion, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or wager. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the selected period expires.

13 Account Suspension and Termination

ceri77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, collusion, or money laundering;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Use of multiple accounts or proxy services;
• Abusive behavior toward staff or other Members;
• Detection of underage gambling;
• At the request of a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

In the event of account termination for cause, ceri77 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where fraud or material breach is established, to withhold withdrawable balances pending investigation. If, following investigation, ceri77 determines that the termination was in error, all funds will be returned.

Members may voluntarily close their accounts at any time by contacting customer support. All pending wagers must be settled and any bonus wagering requirements satisfied before account closure will be processed. Remaining withdrawable balances will be returned to your registered payment method.

14 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ceri77 holds its principal gaming license, without regard to conflicts of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between a Member and ceri77, Members are required to first attempt resolution through our internal complaints procedure by contacting our customer support team via live chat or email. ceri77 will acknowledge receipt of complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve disputes within 7 business days.

If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, Members may escalate the dispute to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service. Contact details for the applicable ADR provider will be provided upon request.

Any legal proceedings relating to these Terms must be brought exclusively in the courts of the licensing jurisdiction, and Members irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of those courts.

15 Amendments to These Terms

ceri77 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via email notification and/or a prominent notice on the Platform homepage.

Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must cease using the Platform and close your account. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

Members are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. ceri77 will maintain an archive of previous versions of the Terms for reference purposes.
